Krishi Geetha is a treatise on Indigenous farming practices in Kerala. The original author Krishigeetha is not known and there is no date indicated on the manuscript. Because the crops described in the text are the indigenous ones, and not those introduced by Europeans, we believe the date be c. 15th century. This edition is edited with introductory study and commentary by C R Rajagopalan, T T Sreekumar and Vijayakumar Menon. Foreword by C P Gangadharan.

'Krishigeetha: Paristhithi Arivadayalangal' also has some essays on agriculture, folklore and ecology by Dr M Gangadharan, M V Vishnu Namboothiri, E Unnikrishnan, Dr V R Muraleedharan and K P Padmanabha Menon.
