Action, underworld, revenge story directed by Shaji Kailas and scripted by J Pallassery. Dileep plays the role of Salaam aka Unnikrishnan and while Lal does the equally important role of Qasim Baba. Others in the cast include Lalu Alex, Shammi Thilakan, Sai Kumar, Bheeman Raghu, Baburaj, Sphadikam George, Manianpilla Raju, Gopika, Pooja, Sukumari and Shobha Mohan.
Camera is wielded by Sanjeev Shankar and music is by Mohan Sithara. Vayalar Sarathchandra Varma has penned the songs.

മാതാപിതാക്കളെ കൊന്ന ഇളയച്ഛനെ വെടി വച്ചു കൊന്ന കുറ്റത്തിനു പന്ത്രണ്ടാം വയസില് ജുവനൈല് ഹോമില് അടയ്ക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണന്റെ കഥ. ശിക്ഷ കഴിഞ്ഞ് പുറത്തു വന്ന ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണന് നന്മയുടെ പ്രതീകമായ ബാബയ്ക്കൊപ്പം ജീവിതമാരംഭിക്കുന്നു; സലാം എന്ന പേരില്. ബാബയ്ക്കെതിരെ ദുഷ്ട ശക്തികള്, അവര്ക്കെതിരെ ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണന്.

ഷാജി കൈലാസിന്റെ ശ്രദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ചില ഷോട്ടുകളും ഹരിശ്രീ അശോകന്റെ രസിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ചില തമാശകളും. കൂര്മബുദ്ധിയുള്ള സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യ അയ്യരായി സായ് കുമാര് തകര്ത്തഭിനയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ബാബയായി ലാലിന്റെ പ്രകടനവും ഗംഭീരം.
MINUSES
ആവര്ത്തിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന കൊലപാതകങ്ങളുടെ വിരസതയല്ലാതെ യാതൊരു സസ്പെന്സുമില്ല. ചോര കണ്ട് അറപ്പു മാറിയ നായകനിലേക്ക് പകര്ന്നാട്ടം നടത്താന് ദിലീപിന് പലപ്പോഴും കഴിയുന്നില്ല. ഇമ്പമില്ലാത്ത ഗാനം യാതൊരു ഭംഗിയുമില്ലാതെ ചിത്രീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. സംഭാഷണത്തിലോ സംഘട്ടനത്തിലോ യാതൊരു ചൂടുമില്ല; തനി സാദാ.
VERDICT
നിരാശപ്പെടാന് മോഹമുള്ളവരേ, ഇതിലേ ഇതിലേ...

THE DONKEY is the better title for this movie
actualy i dont know wat dileep thinking about himself.beating 20 people and presenting blaster diolages(felt un comfertable while seeing that).in short shaji kailas maid him donkey
