Potato Curry (with thick gravy)

ingredients
1. potato boiled and chopped-250 gm
2. tomato sliced -1
3. onion sliced-2
4. garlic- 4 flakes
5. ginger- 1 small piece
6. curry leaves -2 stalks
7. chilly powder -2 tsp
8. coriander powder- 1 tsp
9. turmeric- 1/4 tsp
10. salt to taste
11. coconut milk-1 cup
method
Heat oil and saute ingredients from 2 to 5 till the onions turn light brown in colour. Remove from fire. When cooled grind this to a fine paste. Heat oil and saute the ground paste and curry leaves. Add chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Mix salt and potato pieces. Saute well. Add coconut milk, stir well and remove.
