Mango Sweet

ingredients
1. remove skin from fresh matured mangoes (suitable for pickle) and chop finely-1.5 pound
2. sugar-1.5 pound
3. water- 2 cup
4. jilebi colour
5.vanila essence
method
Squeeze and remove water from the choped mango. Prepare sugar syrup of one-thread stage. Add mango to it and stir constantly. As it thickens add colour and essence. Spread the mixture on a buttered plate. Cut into small pieces or shape into balls.
