Dhal (parippu) Erishery

ingredients
1. sambar dhal-3/4 cup
2. coconut grated-1 cup
3. green chilly-2
4. garlic-4 flakes
5. cumin seed-1/4 tsp
6. turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
7. salt to taste
8. mustard-1/4 tsp
9. curry leaves-2 stalks
10. dry chillies-2
method
Cook dhal with salt & turmeric powder. Grind grated coconut wth green chillies, garlic and cumin seed. Mix the dhal with this gravy and cook. Remove from fire once it started boiling. Fry mustard, curry leaves and dry chillies in coconut oil and add to the curry.
