Naadan Chicken Roast
ingredients
1. chicken cut into pieces - 1 kg
2. coriander-20 gm
3. chilli powder-25 gm
4. turmeric powder-4 gm
5. black pepper powder-6 gm
6. rice flour-30 gm
7. oil for frying
8. onion sliced-350 gm
9. green chillies-12 gm
10. ginger sliced-20gm
11. garlic sliced-20 gm
12. cardamom green -5 gm
13. cloves -5 gm
14. garam masala powder-5 gm
15. curry leaves-2 sprigs
16. coconut oil-50 ml
17. salt-8gm
method
Marinate the chicken with chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and rice flour, fry crisp and keep aside. Heat coconut oil in a pan , add curry leaves, sliced onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies, cardamom, cloves and saute till the onions become soft. Add fried chicken, garam masala powder,crushed black pepper and toss well. Serve hot.
