V.K.N said about his novel "Adhikaram" : "This is only a postscript to illustrations by Namboodiri"
As I see his drawings again,I remember my good old days...
collecting each issue of Kalakoumudi to read Randamoozham.
When I hear the name Bhiman I've
the image of Namboodiri's Bhiman.
Thanks a lot to Namboodiri & Indulekha !
M.T and Namboodiri - "Paalum Panchasaarayum"...
What else can I say.
I still remember the speed in which I finished reading Randamoozham when I got it for the first time when I was in tenth. And my dad's passion to collect & preserve all the copies of KalaKoumudi.
Thanks a ton to Indulekha for providing a chance to enjoy at least a few pages of the legends work & drawings on the net.
dear namboothiri
once i have tried to contact mr namboothiri while my mother was reading randamoozham.
my reading habit is poor, i read here and there. but i do enjoy the "varakal". i used to collect this sort of illustrations in the magazines.
the illustrations of randamoozham is really interesting. although i wanted to meet mr namboothiri since ages, i could not yet.
i really felicitate mr namboothiri for his wonderful presentations. his illustrations are looking like living people.
let me wish him all the best.
regards
